Green - the colour to balance the heart
Green is soothing, peaceful and relaxing. It calms anxiety and helps with depression.
 
New green growth on plants and trees signifies new birth, renewal and hope.
 
It is a colour of balance and harmony and is associated with the heart chakra.
 
 
 
 
The Heart Chakra controls the health and well-being of the heart and lungs, the sense of touch (as in touches the heart).
